We visit producers, understand how their tea is grown and processed, and evaluate freshness, aroma, and balance. For us, true quality comes from freshness, heart, and skill—not from names or labels. Some well-known brands are excellent. But sometimes, the most memorable matcha comes from quiet farms that rarely appear on the global stage. We believe matcha is more than a beverage.
